Old tower of San Pancrazio in the countryside between Siena and Florence. The restoration was a very long and delicate project, the tower also presented structural problems to be secured. The roof has been completely redone. Each floor of the 4 floors has been reinforced and the whole of the recovery has been managed as a conservative renovation, even if only typological. The final result was much appreciated. After a long research of the original materials of the time, the fusion with a modern and minimal style have created an atmosphere of very sustainable inclusive luxury.
